first of all, the seller says the mirror comes with defrost/ heat . After I got the packet I told him the mirror he sent me doesn’t have a defrost pin to connect to my car . Seller says : well this is Blind spot mirror not original. The box comes only with the blind spot cables and no instructions for installation. I have asked him to send me the instructions to set up properly the blind system on my car , of course he said yes, but he doesn’t care . at the begging before I ordered he was very talkative, after you pay the product he doesn’t care to talk anymore . I don’t suggest to buy from this seller, there are plenty seller and products that can be cheaper.

sorry to bring bad review to be honest I did not want d to do this I was actually loving the unit when it was working properly. They delivered the unit on time had no issues. had the product for about 2months. around just over a week ago when I switched my vehicle on the screen had no display on it. I immediately contacted the supplier and explained my situation and asked if there is way of assisting me and how can I get the unit fixed. i have sent them pictures and videos of the unit. All response I got was the only way he sees it that it's a wiring issue and does not fall under the guarantee. by this time I was fumingand I can't seem to understand that this unit was working fine from the day I installed it until a week ago basically it was in operational for more than 31 days then tell me it's a wiring issue. dear supplier please sort out your staff but this is unacceptable. still waiting on a reply
